Not to offend anyone, but I herd that people where not happy with the responce of emergency services to this incident. People have to realize that in this area where the accident occured, the fire department is all volunteers. They are not paid, and do not train on a daily bases. When they responed they do not always have personel available for responce. They called for mutial aid but it did not come from any where close. Patient to personel ratio was not the greatest either. These are some of the things we must consider before we start blaming the emergeny services for not doing there jobs.

Bus Crash
I very much agree with you James, not only they were vilunteers, they do not speak mien or Hmong lauguage either. they were having a hard time understanding or even communicating with the patient. However I still think that they did their very best. I am very sorry for throughts whom has lost their love one.
How can I lear, if I was not given a chance..????
you made a very good point
you made a very good point but i don't think that people knew that they were a volunteer crew on top of that...proceedures of triage and what that means has to be taken in to consideration also
