Domestic Violence

I am taking a class on domestic violence at Shasta College and am preparing to write a short paper on underserved populations. I want to use Mien as my subject because I think we need more resources to help Mien victims of domestic violence. Is anyone able to help me with information about how many Mien reside in Shasta County and what kind of services are needed to help victims and children who reside in homes affected by domestic violence? I really appreciate any help. Thank you.
