6th Annual Shasta County Friendship Fishing Tournament

We Yanhinh Saeteurn, Yooncho Chao, and team Luangh Nyaanh Siouc Sinx would like to invites all fisher Men and Women to join us for a day of fun at Shasta lakes. To those who needed to request your vacation time please do so.

Start Time: 7:00 AM
Weigh-in Time: 12:00 noon
Weigh-in Location: TBA

Rules and Regulations:
1. Team consists of 1- 5 anglers.
2. Team must have a boat.
3. Team should have their own communication devices “Walkie talkie”.
4. Each team will select five (5) live Bass for weigh-in.
5. Each team will select their single HEAVIEST bass.
6. All boats must launch before 7:00 AM.
7. Starting Place: Packer’s Bay Boat Ramp.
8. Coordinators will announce a designated area for the tournament upon arrival.

In order for us to have future tournaments, we must comply with all the coordinators, Shasta Lake Boating, and Department of Fish and Game regulations. Coordinators are not responsible for your safety. Fish at your own risk. After the tournament, early dinner will be served as buffet styles at the party located at:

I, Sou Nyaanh Saechao on behalf of Luangh Nyaanh Siouc Sinx, Yooncho Chao, and Yanhinh Saeteurn would like this opportunity to thanks to all the volunteers, participants, and invited guest. The 2008 SCFFT was a huge success. Let’s start thinking on how we can make next year’s event even bigger success.

Biggest fish- over 4lbs.. ( Team- IU Mien Bass Pro- Mike Salem Oregon)

1st Place- Iu MIen Bass Pro VI - total weigh-in over 10 lbs,( Salem/Redding)

2nd Place- Iu Mien Bass Pro II- total weigh-in over 10 lbs (Portland/Redding)

3rd Place- Team San plabo- Total weigh-in over 9 lbs.

When next year's fishing tournament happens, if the webmaster is sponsoring then we should have some of the .commerz ladies represent the IuMien.com. I am pretty sure they will be great and competitive. I believe there are many of the ladies who is a pro at fishing

Yes indeed, all of us had an awesome time at Lake Shasta. My teammate and I did ok; we are making progress each year but we still need lots of improvement. I wish you were here to join us for some green bottles and Mbiauz-sen.
