Khun William Jyi, I am delighted to hear from you

Khun William Jyi, thank you for your post to let me know about your interest in meeting with our Iu Mien in Chiangmai. As you know I am only a messenger. However, I'll be very happy to give you more information as to who you should contact but it may be inappropriate for me to post someone's personal info. in here, so I'll e-mail more info. directly to you later.
Yes, it seems both of us have the same perspective. I totally agree with you that this is a meaningful and interesting event, especially for our younger generation. I belief that most of our younger folks may not even heard about these things before, such as "mborqv dangh horqc" competition and top game "mborqv da'lueix". In fact, they are kind of our native games.
Anyway, for those who are interested in learning and would like to explore more about Iu Mien, this should be a good adventure and opportunity. Thank you.

Dor-Ziec,

Sumeth

Hello, Sumeth, please forgive for going off topic !

Dear Mr. Phan ;

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is William Jyi and also known as "Yunhlinh or Zaanc Zong" among my Iu-Mien friends and relatives.

I really wish that i can change my schedule to attend this meaningful event and to experience the well-known Iu-Mien hospitality; to learn a few Iu-Mien Things & language; and above all to make some new Iu-Mien friends.

It's kind awkward to ask ! I wonder if you or any reader knows anyone in Chiangmai and willing to introduce them to me and my njiez--Leiz Wuonh Tin. On the day of March 14, my brother-in-law[njiez] and i will stay one night in Zingh Maiz while waiting to catch our plane back to the US. I will be greatly appreciated to find some Iu-Mien friends to talk to.

Laengz zingh very much.

unclenesaan, i apologize in advance for putting my 2cents in here.
It is not as bad as you said it in here. Many of us have been back home before. You make it seem like they are very poor ppl and could not even afford those bathroom products. Times have change. Those whom is able to go back to visit, go for it. It would be an interesting trip. The ppl there will make you feel welcome based on my experience.

Don't worry Wenjin as you

Don't worry Wenjin as you might already knew how we order food in Thailand, right? We can just point at it, then it will be served to you in no time. I haven't seen anybody went to Thailand and starved to death. Especially, our Iu Mien brothers and sisters. But, you may have to speak Iu Mien though, otherwise there is no guarantee,just kidding.
However, if you can't find anyone, please do let me know.
