i heard from my frend at

i heard from my frend at skool that this hmong shaman was brought a new hmong language from the spirits and was teachin some people like my frends dad but he also said that the shaman was killed by some people cuz they thought he was crazy. the shaman also said that in 2017, the hmong people will get there homeland back. I asked my frend where was that and he said Laos. I thought the hmong people came from China?

Its pretty extreme. If I'm understanding this correctly, does this mean they are still trying to overthrow Laos? I'm not an expert on this topic, but what are they going to do with all the remains of the Lao people and it's culture? This, I don't quite understand.
