Sports in Mien community

I am working on a project that involves sports in the Mien community.
I would like to contact the staff/organizers of the following categories:
Golf, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Fishing, and any other sports held in the Mien community. Would someone please point me to the right contact person or have him email me for more info.
